EcoSmart Showers - Showering large, using less
How do you transform a little water into a whole lot of water?
Simply by using Hansgrohe’s EcoSmart and AirPower technology.
In this way, your daily contribution to climate protection begins under the shower.
A special flow regulator and specially adapted spray jets also make it possible to save up to 50 per cent of the water used by conventional showers when showering. The Raindance EcoSmart overhead shower and hand shower use a mere 9.5 litres of water, the Crometta 85 Green overhead shower and hand shower use only six litres per minute. This is made possible by the EcoSmart regulation technology, which uses a so-called precision O-ring which reacts flexibly to the water pressure: if it is high, the ring decreases the aperture, at low pressure it increases it correspondingly and thus keeps the water consumption constant. Because less water has to be heated overall, this smart technology helps to save not only water but energy as well - day in, day out.

AirPower technology
Moreover, the unique Hansgrohe AirPower technology provides pure shower delight XXL:
in order to use water more efficiently, we mix it with a lot of air. Air is sucked in over a wide area via the shower plate and swirled together with the inflowing water: about three litres of air to one litre of water! The result: the drops become more voluminous, lighter and softer. Water consumption decreases with increasing shower delight.
The following exemplary calculation illustrates how much water can be saved with the Hansgrohe EcoSmart showers.
The EcoSmart showers can be experienced in the Hansgrohe Aquademie in Schiltach.
